Blood Orange
We’ve taken everyone’s favourite orange cocktail and frozen it! This will be a Saturday afternoon staple, piled in a glass topped with prosecco and a slice of fresh orange.
Just mix your tippl frostie with Aperol and boiling water, freeze it, give it a shimmy and voila frozen boozy sorbet – so good!
Pineapple Passionfruit
A delicious smooth sorbet of sweet and slightly tart tropical fruit, add the spicy caramel of golden rum and it’s seriously hard to put down. Just mix your tippl frostie with your favourite amber liquor (we love it with golden rum) and water, freeze it, give it a shimmy and voila frozen boozy sorbet. Pile it up in a glass, garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple, put your feet up then dig in.
Strawberry Tarragon
Name a better combo than strawberries and bubbles . . . we’ll wait. Now add a teensy pinch of tarragon (because we’re a bit posh) and freeze it to make a light, refreshing icy-cold granita. Dangerously delicious!
